In the state of Ayacucho, high in the Andes Mountains, at an elevation of 4,200 meters (13,020 feet) above sea level, there is a very rich and very old silver/lead deposit. Buenaventura Ingenieros SA did some exploration, both in the mine and from the surface outcroppings and determined that in this vein structure alone, there were 364,500 TM of reserves/resources and 1,425,000 TM inferred resources.

En la ciudad de Ayacucho, en las alturas de los Andes Montañosos, a una elevación de 4,200 metros (13 ,020 pies) sobre del nivel del mar, existe un depósito muy rico y muy antiguo de plata/plomo. Buenaventura Ingenieros SA realizó alguna exploración, tanto en la mina y en los afloramientos de superficie determinando que en solo la estructura de veta, existen 364,500 TM de reservas/recursos y 1,425,000 TM de recursos inferidos.
